Lfc .. \ ? 162 ASSIGNMENT I 2 I 3 RECITALS ? l 4 Under date of August 18, 1952, LAS VEGAS’ LAND AND WATER il 5 COMPANY, therein called "COMPANY", entered into a certain agree- 6 ment with FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT CO., a Nevada corporation, therein 7 called "Subdivider", which agreement is identified as being Las 8 Vegas Land and Water Company "N" L.D. 2595, wherein the company 9 agreed that on certain conditions it would complete the installa- • / 10 tion of water mains a distance of approximately 3980 feet as 11 follows: 12 COMMENCING at a connection with existing 6" cast iron water main in Melville Drive near the intersection of 13 Ashhy Avenue, thence southerly in said Melville Drive approximately 1000 ft. to Mountain View Boulevard, thence 14 easterly in Mountain View Boulevard, approximately 900 ft. to the intersection of Barnard Drive, thence northerly 15 in Barnard Drive approximately 80 ft. to a connection with existing 6" water main in said Barnard Drive, and 16- H —. ; ? ||l H §§ -V-COMMENCING at a connection with existing 6" cast iron 17 water main in Darmak Drive near the intersection of Ashby Avenue, thence southerly in Darmak Drive, approx- 18 imately 1000 ft. to connection with proposed 6" water main to be constructed in Mountain View Boulevard as 19 hereinabove provided, and 20 COMMENCING at a connection with existing 6" cast iron water main in Douglas Drive near the intersection of 21 Ashby Avenue, thence southerly in said Douglas Drive, approximately 1000 ft. to a connection with proposed 22 6" water main in Mountain View Blvd., as hereinabove provided. 23 At its own expense to construct approximately 110 lineal 24 feet of 6" cast iron fire hydrant connections in located as directed by the proper authority of the City of Las Vegas » 25 And wherein the Subdivider agreed to pay the actual cost.of 26 27 the installation of said water mains; ?
