Folger, General Manager Las Vegas Land and Water Company Las Vegas, Nevada Bear Mr. Folger: As you know, our engineer, Mr. T. A. Lloyd, has recently completed an inspection of the fire protection facilities of Las Vegas. In accordance with your request, we are forwarding a copy of the recommendations prepared to aid you and other city officials in planning future fire protection improvements in your city. Also enclosed ls a log of the fire flow tests made upon your water system. A map of the fire protection facilities is being prepared, and when completed, a print will be sent to you.
