The Commission considered the quitclaim deed from Jack C. and Phil Cherry for the 40 feet of right-of-way for Noble Lane, south of Bonanza Road. On motion of Commissioner Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED On motion of Commissioner Harris P. Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner E.W. Fountain, and carried unanimously, the following Resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 5 day of February, 1953, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 23 day of January, 1958, executed by Jack C. Cherry and Phil Cherry, husband and wife to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. The Board considered the quitclaim deed from Mary G. Dixon for 40 feet of right- of-way for Noble Lane, north of Bonanza Road. Dixon to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. Baltimore Avenue The quitclaim deed from A.G. Neumeyer for the southerly right-of-way of Baltimore & Tam Drive Avenue and the easterly right-of-way of Tam Drive was considered, On motion of Commissioner Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED On motion of Commissioner Harris P. Alley - Lawrence Consideration was given to the quitclaim deed from Virginia A. Ericksen for a Love Tract portion of Lot 18, Lawrence Love Tract for alley purposes. On motion of Commissioner Fountain, duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED On motion of Commissioner E.W. Fountain, duly seconded by Commissioner Wendell Bunker, and carried unanimously, the following Resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 5 day of February, 1958, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 31 day of January, 1958, executed by Virginia A. Ericksen to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. Bruce Street The quitclaim deed from the Calvary Lutheran Church for 20 feet additional right- of-way for Bruce Street widening in exchange for realignment deed along Bruce to Harris Avenue intersection, was considered. 2-5-58
