Participating delegates will report on the diversified activities in the world over, from South Africa to Australia, from Argentina to Canada, Europe, and of course, the Holy Land. Many of the delegates will be here for the entire Hebrew month of Tishrei to be with the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, for the High Holidays. Headed by the illustrious world leader, the Lubavitch movement maintains a world-wide network of schools, Jewish religious organizations and institu-tions, staffed by thousands of young dedicated men and women who have taken up positions in countries around the world, where they work to edu-cate, guide and help thousands of people, materially and spiritually. The outstretched arm of the Lubavitch Movement thereby reaches the lives of countless Jews in Jewish communities around the world. Special reports by the delegates will focus on the accomplishment of the famed, international "Chabad Houses" and their varied efforts in reaching out to alienated youth by stressing the need for true growth and accomplish-ment, rather than to find happiness through artificial means. -more- - 2 - We respectfully request that you honor our Convention with your message and greeting to the delegates of the International Jewish Community.
