Johnson Las Vegas Land & Water Company **•0.1 South Second S treet Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Johnson: At a s p e c ia l meeting o f the C ity Council o f the C ity o f North Las Vegas h eld on the 15th day o f September, the General O b liga tion Bonds in the sum o f §260,000.00 were sold to the Nevada In d u s tria l Commission. The contract f o r the construction o f the Sewerage system was awarded to Geo. E. M ille r o f Reno and the con tract fo r the con­stru ctio n o f the sewage pumping plant and additions to the f i n a l s e t t lin g tanks was awarded to Lerabke Construction Comwp a<n-?y~,, o f Las Vegas. On May 23, 1952 we were adVLsed ly you that a t such time as the above bonds were sold and contracts awarded the s a le to the c it y o f the proposed pumping plant s it e would be consummated.
