Las Vegas, April 6 , 1945 R3L-98 Mr. Frank Strong: Your letter of March 30 File 7334 transmitting extension rider N.L.D. 1221 to extend lease of C.H. Annabel and 0.J.Smith to February 15, 1946. X return herewith the original, and duplicate has been delivered to the Lesee. I inclose their check in the amount of $75.00 covering annual rental. In this connection Mr. Cbg. Annabel presented to me the attached bill collectible No. ll-R-2 in the amount of $50.00 covering same period, which fortunately he had not yet paid. If the incrase in rental for sites in the industrial tract is to be made general, will you please make arrangements for correct renditions of the bills so we will not have a repetition of the Purdy Case.
