Johnson Gentlemen: This will acknowledge and thank you for your letter February 5th, regarding the 10 valve boxes ordered by Tiffandale Homes. We have such a low priority rating as a public utility, and considering your statement that it will require four to elx weeks to furnish same on an AA-5, I am quite sure the Biltmore people could furnish a much better one and in fact I understand they have an A-2. For this reason I am asking Mr. Maynard, with copy of this letter, to write you direct extending to you their priority rating.
