Ziegman the following described personal property: All of the bedroom furniture and rooming house equipment, (not including, however, office furniture, equipment and supplies) contained in the rooming house located on Lots One (1) through Four (1+) , inclusive, in Block Twenty-two (22), of Glark's Las Vegas Townsite, in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification: W. 0. No. 790, issued August 2i|, 195^-, Las Vegas, Nevada; retirement of tract of land situated in S-l/2 Sec. 30, W-l/2 Sec. 31, SW-l/ij. Sec. 29 and NW-l/lj. Sec. 32, Twp. 20S., R 61E., MDB&M containing area 507 acres together with all water facilities and various miscell­aneous equipment which has been sold to Las Vegas Valley Water District effective July 1, 1 9 Total estimated expenditure $7607 to cover expense in connection with sale chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate; Credit to Property Investment for ledger value of property retired $3,289,828, with corresponding charge to following: Sale Price Accrued Amortization of Defense Projects Accrued Depreciation-Pipe Lines-Las Vegas Accrued Depreciation-Misc.
