Rouse) Referring to your letter of August 28th, file W g - 6 - 1 , transmitting letter dated August 19th from tenth Regional W ar Labor Board granting in part the increases requested for Las Vegas Land and Water Company employee. While the award is disappointing, apparently there is nothing to do now but pu t it into effect September 1st, with retroactive adjustment to May 1, 1944, and advise the Board of ou r aoeeptaneo.
