I am pleased to advise that we have a possible solution in mind, simply by furnishing the water for his tract, which would obviate the necessity of bringing in another big well adjacent to our holdings. B . w® conferred with Mr. Searles this morning aPProval by the City Planning Commission in which he proposes to subdivide this acreage for construction of ranch type homes. He will retain the 10 acres immediately West of the E. w.
