Bates: Referring to your letter of June 3rd, your file 569* relative to sale of the Water Company In Las Vegas: This escrow will not be formally closed until distribution has been made of the so-called Relocation Fund. I do not know whether there are any additional charges to date covering the escrow company, other than those shown in Mr. Brown’s letter to Mr. Reinhardt of August 26th, 1954, and assume you can ascertain that information from the Bank. It is very possible the escrow company will make an additional charge for handling the Relocation Fund if it is distributed pursuant to the terms of the agreement. EEB:ps E. E. Bennett
