Said proposed pipe line shall be constructed in the location shown, in broken red and white line between dLa~&\J/**rr points marked V and K on said Exhibit ”An; a I Uj^Mr tX (b) to construct a 24-inch pipe in the location shown in broken red and white line between points marked K and E on Exhibit nAn and an S-ineh pipe line in location shown in broken red and white lines between points marked Y and D on Exhibit ttAn, it being understood that unless the parties can a-gree on the type of said 24-inch and S-inch pipe lines within ninety (90) days after such written notice, Union Pacific shall construct such pipe lines pursuant to good engineering practice and of the approximate capacity hereinabove mentioned; (c) to relocate the pumping station now located at point HH to a new location shown in solid green square on Exhibit nAB near point R. The right to construct said pipe lines hereinabove referred to shall include the right to construct pumps, valves, connections and appurtenances.
