ChalMHi The Order will be that the Las Vegas Land and later Com­pany file a new schedule within thirty days for cooling water, for refrigerating machines, segregating them from one t© ten tons, and by 10 tons up to 100 terns} for ice-making machines segregated from 10 to 100 tons* You are to submit the new schedule to the commission with copies to the protestants, and upon approval ©f the new tariffs, the commission will submit it to the Court having jurisfiction over this particular matter at this time, for approval, and the Commission will retain jurisdiction until the matter is finally settled* HI.
