May be recut and drilled for oil circuit breaker panels and other small panel uses, PAPER, WASTE Waste paper may be sold to waste material dealers in bags or bales. It may be advantageous to make a rough separation into the various grades, For instance, kraft paper and blue print paper bring top prices, the balance may be disposed of as low-grade mixed paper. Baled paper should bring a higher price on the scrap market. Bags are difficult to obtain because of a shortage of burlap, PARAFFIN AND WAXES Paraffin from cable joints may be saved, heated to drive out moisture, run through weparator, put into cans and used over, PENCIL SHARPENERS May be cleaned.
