Mr. Reinhardt - Page #2 the e&at line of Rancho Road instead of IS* westerly of the east line as indicated in the Agreement. Mr. Campbell agrees that in all other respects the Agreement shall remain unchanged. For your information the 18* dimension westerly of the east line of Rancho Road was Included in the original Agreement to provide olearanoe from a possible future curb which might be constructed in this area but X am now advised by the City Engineer that no curbs or sidewalks will be constructed on the west side of Rancho Road in the area where water lines will bs constructed and City Engineer has agreed that it will be permissable to oonetruot the water line at location requested by Mr. Campbell. Xt is my recommendation that the change requested by Mr. Campbell be approved alnoe It represents & minor change only and eliminates the necessity of cutting pavement in Rancho Road. Xf you approve will you please indicate your approval of Mr. Campbell request by signing in the space provided In the lower left hand corner of his letter and returning the original and one copy to me.
