Bennett Will you please prepare usual form of letter agreement with Longley Construction Co., Inc., *4-21 West Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, Nevada for the furnishing of all labor tools and e&ulpment and to construct approximately 900 feet of 6W cast iron water main in Jakrldge Tract, Las Veg&s Nevada in location described as follows* Commencing at &'<M>nneotl on with existing 10* water main In- Oakey Boulevard at the Interseotl n of South Ninth Street, thence southerly In South Ninth Street to B assett Avenue, thence easterly In Bassett Avenue to a connection with existing 8* water main in South Tenth Street, a fit stance of approx!*- mately 900 feet. Together with the installation of approximately 20 feet of 6" cast iron water line to serve two fire hydrants in location as designated by City Authorities. Consideration: $1 225 plus cost of bond. As the Inter Company pays premium upon 11a llit^ insurance, the portion of Paragraph h reading “and premium on the public liability Insurance provided for in Paragraph 13 hereof* should be eliminated.
