March 23, 1945 W 23-5 Mr. Harrison Stocks 750 East Fremont Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sir: I return herewith the receipts which you mailed us covering the August - December water bills Service Numbers 4016 and 4090. I assume you overlooked the fact that these wover the year 1943, and which of course were properly credited to your account. Our records indicate the bill for service furnished the two houses at 114 North 8th Street are paid up-to-date but the bills for October, November, and December on the Medical Building and Shop at the rate of |5.25 per month are still unpaid.
