Confirming conference with your representative in Las Vegas last week, w© have some water mains already in place in the territory referred to. Any additional houses constructed in the blocks served by these mains could be furnished with water at the usual rate of $2.00 each, per month. However, it is rather difficult to determine from your letter what the outline of the new tract would be, how much additional pipeline would be required, or where a matter meter should be located in the event we were able to secure one.
