Rose Gentlemens This will acknowledge your letter January 26, your file B-XsLEGALjCARjJIEV-26029, 26111, concerning proposed construction of 164 additional housing units for Army personnel in Las Vegas. Confirming conference with your representative in Las Vegas last week, w© have some water mains already in place in the territory referred to. Any additional houses con­structed in the blocks served by these mains could be furnished with water at the usual rate of $2.00 each, per month. However, it is rather difficult to determine from your letter what the outline of the new tract would be, how much additional pipeline would be required, or where a matter meter should be located in the event we were able to secure one.
