Bennett - Los Angelesj Please refer to your copy of my letter to Mr. Stoddard dated May 28, 1954, with which I submitted for execution various documents in connection with transfer of the Las Vegas water system to the Las Vegas Valley Water District pursuant to the sale agreement between LA&SL, UPER, LVL&W and the District, dated June 1, 1953; I now enclose for your further handling the originals of each of these documents which have been fully executed.
