I agree.AfZtlSf performing arts January 16, 1975 LETTER OF AGREEMENT It is agreed and understood this date that the JOEL PITT AGENCY acting as my, the performer DEBRA SCHUMAN's exclusive and sole agent representative for the LIDO DE PARIS REVUE, Las Vegas, Nevada engagement for the STAKDUST HOTEL, Las Vegas, Nevada and/or any other engagement connected with DONN ARDEN, be paid a commission of 52 of my gross weekly salary while in the employ of the Stardust Hotel and/or any other engagement connected with Donn Arden* ?╟≤ x The commission will be paid at the end of each week and go into effect from the opening date of the show and/or not later than June 1, 1975* i If the performer is ever notified of a change in employment from one engagement to another in connectAdn with DONN ARDEN, the performer will notify the JOEL PITT AGENCY for proper negotiation. Any engagement in the field of entertainment, i.e., (television and/or motion pictures, etc.), emanating from or as a direct result of the aforesaid engagements, will be negotiated by the JOEL PITT AGENCY.
