Mule [not legible] Mine 
we the undersigned do hereby Locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this Lead Lode as Ledge as Deposit of Silver Bearing Rock and ore to be known and described as the Mule [not legible] mine commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running in a easterly direction one thousand feet also in a westerly direction five hundred feet on and along said Lead Lode as Ledge as Deposit of Silver Bearing Rock and ore and including three hundred feet on each side there of for mining and working purposes we claim and intend to hold and work said claim in accordance with the mining laws of the United States approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the mining Laws of El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County State of Nevada.
Said mine is situated about five hundred feet northerly from the Lucky [not legible] Mine and about fifteen hundred feet Easterly from the [not legible] Mine near the [not legible] Road
