X very much appreciate your kindness in sending me this bulletin and apparently X will have to engage in some heavy Sunday reading to digest it* X am sorry Mr. Maxey will not be avail able but am pleased to note that Mr. Shamberger will be present at the hearing and if the Commission does not call him as a witness, X anticipate we will oall him on behalf of the las Vegas land and Water Company, or at least, as an expert on the subject.
