Cory ) with reference to your letter of August 24th, regarding question of a field surrey to determine the number and capacity of refrigeration equipment! ioe making equipment and evaporative coolers in operation In Lae Vegas: Inasmuch as the question of our sale of the property should he determined by the bond eleetion to be held on September 30th, I suggest that this matter be postponed until after that date, as the total oost of the Job would be chargeable to our operation and, of course, probably could not be passed on to the District. In the matter of refunds referred to in the last paragraph of your letter of duly 9th, I have not yet had word from Mr. Bennett regarding this but will pass it on to you when 1 reoeive it.
