Bates Attached please find letter of recommendation to Mr. Stoddard, together with Form 30 estimate, covering construction of Las Vegas Land and Water Company main on Union Pacific property to serve industries which are presently served with water through privately owned meters from Railroad Company water lines, which service will be taken over by the Water Company in event of sale of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company distribution system to the Water District. be necessary for the Union Pacific Railroad Company to furnish the Las Vegas Land and Water Company with an easement, together with Title Policy to cover, as outlined in Mr. Bennett's letter of May 1, 1953, file 36*15. 1953 showing location of proposed water line. Will you please have Mr. Adamson prepare necessary Work Order Prints and Mr. Bates prepare the required easement, and furnish Title Policy? In the event this water line is constructed, it will I am also attaching one copy of print dated May 22, LRM/dm Enc.
