I have felt for some time that we needed one of these devices, particularly since taking over the lines of the Grandview Water Company, the location of whose service lines are unknown, and it will be of benefit also if we take over the lines of the Boulder Syndicate who have a larger run of services. We have from time to time in the past borrowed a similar pipe locator owned by the Las Vegas Gas Company and it worked out very successfully. I am attaching to Mr. Keeble,s copy of this letter a requisition to cover the pipe locator and will you kindly pass the enclosed circular to Mr. ICeeble when it has served your purpose. CRR.
