ApR 2.; 1953 In connection with my letter of April 1 3 , 1953* to you suggesting that you take the necessary steps to transfer the LA&SL water appropriation of 2.5 c.f.s. in Well No. 1 to the shop well when the rearrangement of the Railroad water facilities at Las Vegas has been completed we received copy of wire from Mr. Hanson to Mr. V. W. Smith advisings "Work Order 529^ Covering water facilities Las Vegas has been issued. Arrange proceed with work promptly except drilling of well should be deferred pending further advice from Messrs Reinhardt and Bennett. D-225'1 I am asking Mr, Smith, to whom a copy of this letter goes, to keep you and me advised of the progress of the work and probable date of completion thereof under Work Order 529^* E. E.
