He advises he war assured of a straight ten year lease without cancellation clause because of investment he will have in the 6 unite to be constructed, each 50x150*. Per phone conversation with Mr. Price the first two cars are already enroute. The rental rate of #1.50 per front foot is mutually agreeable. Can you have Hvokee indicate limits of lease tomorrow.
