X on behalf of Sunrise Association), called wSubdivlderM, pro­viding? 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $2,680.00, estimated cost of constructing 700 ft. of 6W cast iron water main and 6 ft. of 6W cast iron fire protection lateral for one hydrant, to serve Block 1 of Sunrise Association Stocks Subdivlsioh No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals, 35$ of the revenue received by it from consumers located within Block 1 of Sunrise Association Stocks Subdivision No. 1 and taking direct service from water mains so installed for a period of ten years from date of completion of said installation or until Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost advanced by it (exclusive of cost of constructing said fire hydrant connection) whichever first occurs; 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company easements where said pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Title Guarantee and Policy of Title Insur­ance ; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter-agreement WNWL»D. 2804, dated April 21, 1954, with Longley Construction Co., Inc., covering the con­struction and laying of approximately 750 LF of 8M and 0M cast iron water mains to serve Bonanza Road Industrial District; consideration $1,125.00, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed.
