Reno, August 19, 1949 Mr. A. M. Polger: On July 15 in your office you asked me to look into the Komellini Sub-division at Las Vegas, asking me to ascertain the status thereof. As I understand it, after talking to Lee Scott Secretary, and George Allard, Chairman of the Public Service Commission, the status quo seems to be somewhere else. I also went right to the fountainhead and talked to Dante J. Nomellini himself and it appears the fly in the ointment has to do with the size of the lots. I regret that I cannot give you anything more definite but each of the three whom I interviewed were themselves quite indefinite on the subject. If there is some definite question that you want me to ask any of the three or anyone else regarding this matter, please let me know.
