Dear Sirs: I enclose copy of Mr. Warm’s letter of July eighth and of one from Mr. Woodill in regard to construction of packinghouse at Riverside for his oocuoanoy on usual basis of rental at ||| on cost of building and 10$- on cost of equipment. I concur with Mr. Wann’s recommendation that we go ahead, and carry out the arrangement. I have had the plans checked over and find that the building can be put up for approximately f3,000.00 and that the machinery can be installed for about $3*000.00, the amount named by Mr.roodill The building should be ready "by December and I will appreciate it if you will advise,as soon as possible,if you approve the arrangement, in which event I will have form 39 prepared and submitted.
