    There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time Commissioner Bunker moved this meeting recess until March 29# 1950 at the hour of 3:00 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Las Vegas, Nevada March 29, 1950 A recessed regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held this 29th day of March, 1950 was called to order at the hour of 3:45 P.M. by His Honor Mayor E. W. Cragin with the follow­ing members present: Commissioners Peccole and Whipple; City Manager C. W. Shelley, City Attorney Howard W. Cannon and City Clerk Shirley Ballinger. Absent: Commissioners Bunker and Moore. PAWNBROKERS ORDINANCE Mr. Paul Ralli appeared before the Board to request an amendment to the Pawnbrokers ordinance. Mr. Ralli was requested to send his recommendation in writing to Commissioner Peccole, member of the committee for report on a proposed amendment to the Pawnbrokers Ordinance. GREEN GABLES TRAILER At this time Mr. Franklin of the Franklin Motel appeared before the Board requesting additional - COURT time to bring the Green Gables Trailer Court up to the requirements of City Ordinances. Thereafter Commissioner Whipple moved that Mr. Franklin be given thirty days additional time to conform with city specifications. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Bunker and Moore. SOLICITORS LICENSE Mr. Victor Olson of the World Survey Inc. appeared before the Board requesting a reduction of the solicitors license for himself and four other solicitors. Mr. Olson was told to submit an affidavit showing the amount of money collected and his expenses after his license has expired, and the Board will then act on his request for a refund. WILDCAT LAIR Dr. Q. S. McCall, representing the Kiwanis -Club asked the Board to delay action on the operation of the Wildcat Lair for three weeks. After discussion was held it was decided no action would be taken until the next regular meeting on April 7, 1950. MARTIN TRAILER PARK Action on the petition of property owners for the removal of Martin’s Trailer Park, 1823 W. Charleston was deferred until April 7, 1950.
