Attached is our copy of the Auditor’s letters (3) dated June 29th regarding overages and shortages in connection with record of materials furnished. The originals have been forwarded to B&B office at Las Vegas for investigation. The attached copies should be returned with your comments confirming understanding the items not charged out will not be required or that such items should be charged on Form 502-1.
