Harp) The Hallroad Company entered into Agreement Audit fio. 30363, effective October 10, 1944, with Lewis H. Cox to supply water at Las Vegas, Hevada. This agree­ment was assigned by Mr. Cox to A. A* Asphalt & Construc­tion Company, Inc., effective April 1, 1930. fhis was superseded by new agreement with A* A# Asphalt and Con­struction Company, effective April 1, 1930, and expiring March 31, 1950, being assigned Audit Mo. 73399. It has not yet been renewed. Your attention is called to Agreement MLB Mo. 06, Audit Mo. 8707, dated September 15, 1930, between the Railroad Company and LVL&WCo.» covering license to operate and maintain 4*, 6" and 8* east iron water line at rear of property fronting on Main Street, between Garees Street and Carson Street, from which line LVL&WCo. supplies water to industries fronting on Main Street. You will note from Exhibit *A* print attached to this agreement that this water line connects with Railroad water supply through an line and water meter at Clark Street (extended). The water connection and meter supplying Lewis H. Cox and A. A. Asphalt and Construction Company takes off the southerly end of LVL&WCo# owned 4” and 3N pipe line, and it appears that the water agreements above referred to should have been between LVL&WGo* and the uaer Instead of the Railroad Company and the user, and a H amounts collect­ed lay the Railroad Company for water supplied since October 10, 1944, should be refunded to the LVL&WCo. as the Railroad Co. bille the LVL&WCo. for water supplied through the 10* meter at Clark Street* A.
