Bear Sirt Your letter January 13th regarding status of ?stater service accounts to Lot 1, Block 5 (Our Service Ho* TOYS) and Lot 2, Block 5 (Our Service Ho. 7095). Our records are substantially as outlined in your letter except that the payment of December 31st *&s credited to Lot 2, Block 5 instead of as shown in your letter* Therefore both accounts are paid up to date as of December 31st* later charges are made on a calendar month basis and payments for same are due oil the first of each month after service is rendered.
