M., Tuesday, January 9, 1945, Present: Vice President Strong called to order and presided over the meeting. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors held December 12, 1944, were read and approved. Secretary in executing rider C.L.D. 5777, dated August 3, 1944, extending to October 31, 1945, term of lease agreement Audit No. 9982, dated April 28, 1939, expiring October 31, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Randolph Marketing Company, Lessee, covering packing house at Fullerton, California; rental $280.00, plus $36.97 upon subsequent improvements, or total of $316.97, per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 90 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
