No. 15023* dated February 3, 1965 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Oberg Construction Corp. covering lease of site fronting on Lomitas Avenue, City of Industry, California, for temporary concrete transit mix plant, for terra February 1, 1965 to August 1, 1965, at Monthly rental of #166.00, payable in advance, terminable by written notice given by either Lessor or Lessee to the other party on any date in such notice stated, not less, however, than ten (10) days subsequent to the date cm which such notice shall be given, be and the same la hereby ratified, approved and c onfirraed• Adopted
