GOOD OF THE SENATE SENATE PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE MULLINAX: Don't talk about it be about it, someone ate my list again, send me your schedule even if it is on a napkin, these meetings are too long because people have stupid questions. SENATOR MARAZITA: Every time after meeting we talk about speeding the meeting up when it is only a few senators who slow it down, hope you had a good Christmas break. SENATOR PIRO: Will take over distribution of New York Times? SENATOR WASHINGTON: We as a senate have 2 choices, we can not get mad when names are put on an agenda or realize that is what makes us mad and not do it anymore. Let's go with the flow. SENATOR COCHRAN: Have a good night Aaron and Christian. SENATOR SORVONGSAVANH: yield SENATOR GONZALEZ: congratulations! SENATOR JOHNS: Looking in paper, there are 4 ads, 2 of which are Verizon. 13 SENATOR TEMPLETON: Teacher in green valley high school teacher tries to kill himself, we need to be in touch with our constituents, congratulations to everyone. SENATOR KONNER: Thank you to everyone here. SENATOR AKIONA: Yield. SENATOR CRAWFORD: College of science is offering a bone marrow donation need minorities more info on this next week. SENATOR ROTH: Glad to still be here, I liked Henry's speech but didn't like the decisiveness in the speech though, if you follow the procedure things go a lot smoother, if I lost my job it would have been on public comment instead of good of the senate. SENATOR HAWORTH: Excited to be here, let the good times roll. SENATOR DONNELLY: Tthings could be a lot easier if we look at bylaws before they say anything. SENATOR BOWERS: Length of meetings, need to shorten public comments, I don't like doing things a certain way because they have been done that way in the past, minimum credits is a good idea because if senators don't do this then they don't know what is really going on inside there college, it should be at least 3.0 GPA in my opinion, don't throw away the posters if your not going to use them. SENATOR MACK: We need to figure out a way not to let the directors to speak, instead of Templeton acting like a time clock we are here for the students because we are here for them, lets encourage a healthy debate, SENATE PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE MULLINAX and SENATE PRESIDENT AMESQUITA are not running a good meeting, I encourage people to run for E board, New York Times is the best thing we have done since I have been here. SENATOR MOSES: Thank you for electing me to committee, I liked Henry's speech but didn't like how Henry left the meeting, bylaws we are proposing make this sound like a business; this isn't a business, it's a student government. SENATOR JIMENEZ: SENATOR MOSES brought up a lot of points, I liked Henry's speech. He is doing a lot of things for us; I felt like people were trying to give Mike an opinion then he cut them off. SENATOR FLORES: We are here to speak our mind, but we have to respect other people. XVII.
