Bennett -2 I merely mention these matters as I thought it might be helpful if the District, in its ignorance or otherwise, attempted to use the investment basis depreciated as the basis of determination for the purchase price. J have had quite a bit of experience on matters of this nature and have testified while an Engineer with the Commission as to the depreciation in properties for sale purposes.
