Also please refer to Nr. Bennett1a letter to me dated January 26, 195**» his file 36-15 Nevada, In which he requests that I advise you with respeot to whether the above mentioned Agreement has been completed in all raspsots and that there is nothing further left to be done on this Agreement other than to make payments of refunds provided therein. As stated In last paragraph of ny letter of January 22nd, the federal Hones Development Co., Ino., have oomplled with all of the provisions aat-forth In Agreement *M*L.D. 2642 which lnoludes completion of all work required under the oontraot, the furnishing of easements where required and the furnishing of BUI of Sale for water lines constructed. This Agreement did not provide for the furnishing of title polloles which Is required under later Agreements. This project was completed on July 1, 1953 and refunds to Bubdlvlder were started on that data as required by terms of the Agreement. L. R. Haag
