Beers Bros now requesting lines be constructed on basis they construct at their expense under private contract less $4,749 to b® borne by Water Go., to cover difference of 14 inch over 12 inch pipe. They now desire to avoid making deposit of #83,780 and to quickly start work under our specifications on own responsibility pending execution of Revised Agreement. Agreed sum subject to refund on requested basis will be $62,600.50, amount authorized WO 755 is #73,731 And no revision of WO will b® required. Recommend approval of revised basis requested by Beers.
