    \ -8- On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing and delivering agreement, dated July 22, 1958 (Audit No. 9919), between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, as Lessor, and American Fruit Growers Incorporated, as Lessee, covering lease of a portion of this Company's premises, including building, appurtenances, machinery and equipment, located at 7th and'Vine Streets, Riverside, California, to be used for fruit and vegetable packing house purposes, for term beginning January 1, 1938, and extending to and including hay 31, 1946; rental consideration $150.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; said agreement terminating as of January 1, 1938, existing agreements between said parties, dated May 15, 1936, bearing Contract Audit No. 9787, and January 1, 1938, bearing Contract Audit No. 9787-1; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Bracken and Secretary in executing and delivering lease agreement, dated August 1, 1938, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Cloyde E. Wilcox, Lessee, covering dwelling house, numbered 521 South Third Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, situated on Lots 11 and 12, Block 26, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, on month-to-month basis, (subject to termination upon three days written notice to lessee) term beginning August 1, 1938, rental consideration $25.00 per month; be, and the same is hereby, ratified approved and confirmed.
