Kindly advise whether houses were vacant or occupied. In future I would lik e to have a report at the end o f the month showing the numbers o f a l l vacant water s e rv ic e s , vacant company houses,and vacant rooms in rooming house. I have not y et received your inventory o f company property in rooming house fo r the months o f July and August. Please forward these as soon as p o s s ib le .
