The total amount owing creditors per Mr. Dio Dato's statement is $6,114;,61).. This is to advise you the above mentioned affadavit was executed November 1 but, today, additional creditors presented claims totaling three to four thousand dollars. Some of these are rejected or disputed by Mr. Dio Dato. -Pending the outcome of these disputed amounts, we are placing you on notice that it would appear there are insufficient funds in the escrow, $7,000.00, to meet all creditors' claims.
