Bitter, I have prepared and transmit herewith duplicate originals and two extra copies of proposed Assignment "N”L.D. 2272, between the LAS VEGAS LAUD AND MATER COMPART and P.F. QABSIDE and A.S* CASLAN, a co-partnership, assigning to F.F. 3ARSI2E, an option to purchase the 75' parcel of land fronting on Main Street in Las Vegas, Nevada, and covered under AudAt No. 10367. I also enclose herewith five copies of Deed, drawn in the naas of F.F. GARSIDE and covering the above mentioned 75' parcel of land. If said Assignment and Deed meet with your approval, will you kindly approve as to form and transmit to Mr. Bitter for further handling.
