1 Las Vegas, Nevada, it being understood that the facili- 2 ties referred to in this subparagraph (e) shall not in- 3 elude any water production, storage, transmission or 4 distribution facilities constructed by the Railroad 5 Companies subsequent to September 1, 1952, for exclus- 6 ive use by said Railroad Companies as a part of their 7 water facilities for uses more specifically referred 8 to in Section 3 of this agreement. 9 (f) All of the water distribution mains and all 10 appurtenances thereto (hereinafter called ’'distribution 11 facilities") completed on or before September 1, 1952, 12 and used or useful in the rendering of water service to 13 customers and in the distribution of water b y the Water 14 Company, or any successor in ownership thereof, as a 15 public utility in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, upon 16 the sale date. The said water distribution mains which 17 were completed by the Water Company on or before Septem- 18 ber 1, 1952, are shown by red colored lines on map at- 19 tached hereto, marked Exhibit ”D" and made a part here- 20 of. It is understood that any of the said distribution 21 facilities mentioned in subparagraphs (f) and (g) of 22 this Section 1 shall Include such service connections 23 not shown by colored lines on Exhibit "D” as may be now 24 or hereafter owned by the Water Company, or its success- 25 or, and which extend between the said mains shown b y col- 26 ored lines on Exhibit "D” and the service lines or fire 27 28 7.
