Sept. 23 (UP)?╟÷Crooner Dick Haymes and his lady love, Rita Hayworth moved to within a vow of their marriage tomorrow as the singer won a Nevada decree of divorce from Nora Eddington Haymes. The Nevada decree, final the minute the judge granted it, was all that stood in the Way of Haymes' marriage to Miss Hayworth, who has been helping him wait out the six-^week residence requirement by taking a suite here with her two children by former marriages. Judge Frank Gregory heard Haymes accuse his third wife of wrecking their marriage by refusing to accompany him on singing tours. Haymes said that constituted mental cruelty. 'She became indifferent to our marriage and we grew further apart," he said. "As a result, I could hot handle my work, lost weighted fould not sleep well.
