The term “ wharf” is defined to include the area between pierhead and bulkhead line, • and any wharf-shed or transit-shed used in., the transit o f ’goods or merchandise utilizing ' a wharf. Any; wharf, pier, dock,' slip, quay or landing occupying any area toe^ 'tween bulkhead /arid pierhead' line, not covered by a franchise or other right granted toy due le g a l‘authority, is hereby declared to be a wharf, pier, dock,. slip, quay or 'landing of the City of Los, An­geles mnder the meaning of this' order. •2i2. The rates or charges for stor­age space. and for warehousing, or stor­age , in any warehouse Of the - City of Los - Angeles, or in any freight shed., transit shed or wharf shed of the City of Los Angeles wherein space for Storage purposes may toe^set apart by the Board of Harbor Commissioners, shall toe as follows: ' • • 1. For less than 300 square feet, 6. cents per square foot per month, no-charge to toe'less than $-3.00 per mpnth. 2. For 300 square feet and upwards, and less than 500 square feet, 5 cents per . square foot per month, no charge to be less than $18.00 per month. 3.
