fly Transits Pipe Los Angeles, February 27, 194b 42-SD-4852-W-A 42-SD-4855-W-B Mr. Frank Strong! With reference to 1phone conversation several days ago regarding the delivery of translte pipe for Las Vegas covered by my orders 42-SD-4852-W-A and 4855-W-B placed with Johns Manville Company, I received a telegram yesterday to the effect that this pipe is now ready for shipment, and will go forward immediately after their plant operations are resumed. This is contingent on the termination of the Johns Manville strike and is not affected by the recent steel strike, I am continuing to follow up, asking them to advise me when shipment goes forward.
