I agree.Regular monthly meeting of Board of Directors, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, was held in the Company’s principal office in the Union Pacific Building, 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, California, at 11:00 A. M., Tuesday, October 12, 1948. Present: Wm. Reinhardt W. T. Price E, E, Bennett A. C. Ritter Absent: G, P. Ashby A. M. Polger Vice President Reinhardt called the meeting to order and presided. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors, held September 14, 1948, were read and approved. Chairman announced that the next order of business was the election of a Vice President to fill the vacancy created by the death of W. H. Guild and that nominations were in order. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded. A* E, Stoddard was nominated and unanimously elected to office of Vice President, effective October 12, 1948. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement "N"L,D. 2100, dated September 3, 1948, between LVL&WCo,, called "Company", and Las Vegas Union School District, a body politic acting for and on behalf of Educational District No. 12, called "Subdivider", providing: 1 - Subdivider to pay Company $2,890,00, estimated cost of approximately 860 ft. of cast iron water —1—
