    The following Authority for Expenditure Request, approv ed by the President, was submitted for ratification: A. F. E, No. 7 (W. 0. No. 2^) issued December 28, 1965> to acquire approximately 140.071 acres of land at Mira Loma, California, required to provide land for future development of industrial sites; acquisition was assented to by Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee December 28, 1965* Not in budget. Total estimated expenditure $745>000.00. Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to Land and Public Improve ments, Mira Loma, California, $7^5>000.00. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of the President in approv­ing the aforementioned A. F. E. Request, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
